Throughout my life I can
truly see how God has blessed me. Has had a hand in all things and I know that he loves each of his children. He has sent us to families to love, to laugh, to learn and to grow from each other. I can't imagine what life would be with out it. How empty, how lonely it would be, not to hear the little
pitter patter of feet early in the morning. I know that one day that Josh and I will be old and grey and sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch and all the
hand prints will no longer be on the windows. I can't believe how fast all of the children are all growing. I love remembering all the fun times, remembering the little stories of when..... I can't imagine life without my family. I love them so much. I know that God loves us even more and understands how important families are. How could it be that we become old and grey and lay our bodies in the dust and that all these family binds be torn and that be the end. Of course there is more. This week something very special happened in our family. Josh and I have been so blessed to be
entrusted with the most amazing children in out lives. I feel that they teach me so much more than I ever can teach them. They are so loving, trusting unconditionally, see the good in others and teach me to want to be a better person. This week we were able to take our family to the temple. Words can not express the feelings I feel. To see our family all together in this sacred place, to see the glowing smiles of Nikki (Nicole) and Barbie. They looked like angels all dressed in white. To have all our children gathered together in love and in celebration and to seal our family together for time in all
eternity was absolutely amazing. To know how important families are and that this life does not have to end. Families can be together forever.
